  • Once a utility bill, EMI, or money transfer has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable.

  • In case of service failure due to technical issues, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    Loan Products & EMI

  • Processing fees for loans and EMIs are non-refundable once the loan has been disbursed.

  • Cancellation requests before disbursement may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.

    Chit Funds & Investment

  • Contributions made towards chit funds or investments are governed by their respective terms. Refunds are subject to contract terms and may incur cancellation penalties.
